Business to Business Customers
- Unfortunately, first time orderers are unable to purchase gift cards and gift vouchers via credit card payments. Please make your payment via cheque, BACS or CHAPS. If you are having any difficulties placing your order please call the team on 0870 0101 351
- There is also a limit on orders on credit card payments of £250. Once again please call the team on 0870 0101 351 if you have any problems placing your order
- Gift vouchers will be delivered to the customer by secure delivery. Risk will pass to the customer upon delivery, and title will pass on receipt of payment in full
- Customers must notify Sainsbury’s as soon as they are aware of non-delivery, and in the event within 24 hours of receipt of invoice. Any short delivery of gift vouchers must be notified to the Sainsbury’s Business Direct voucher centre within three days of delivery
- The customer will forfeit any agreed discount against the face value of gift vouchers for failure to meet payment terms
- Customers may not sell gift vouchers to third parties unless they receive a contractual commitment from them that the gift vouchers will not be re-sold by them, or any subsequent purchaser, to groups or individuals at a discount
- Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed online at www.sainsburys.co.uk
- Change will not be given on any purchase with gift vouchers and gift vouchers may not be exchanged for cash only
- No trading name or style of Sainsbury’s or its Subsidiary companies may be used by the customer without obtaining prior written consent from Sainsbury’s Business Direct
- Breach of these conditions will entitle Sainsbury’s to discontinue supply immediately and seek any legal remedy available for injunction, damages or otherwise
- The supply of gift vouchers is made under the exclusive jurisdiction of the laws of England and Wales

- This gift voucher, issued by Sainsbury’s Supermarkets Ltd, 33 Holborn, London, EC1N 2HT can be exchanged for goods of your choice from any Sainsbury’s store to the value indicated except where otherwise stated on the face of the voucher
- This voucher may not be used for purchases from franchise operations in the store
- Change will not be given on any purchase and this voucher may not be exchanged for cash only
- Only valid in Sainsbury’s
Retail Store Gift Vouchers
- This gift voucher, issued by Sainsbury’s Supermarkets Ltd, 33 Holborn, London, EC1N 2HT can be exchanged for goods of your choice from any Sainsbury’s store to the value indicated
- This voucher may not be used for purchases from franchise operations in the store
- It may be exchanged for articles of a higher price than the face value of the voucher on payment of the difference, or for articles of a lower price than the face value of the voucher, in which instance change will be given
- This voucher may not be exchanged for cash only
- Only valid in Sainsbury’s

- This gift voucher, issued by Sainsbury’s Supermarkets Ltd, 33 Holborn, London, EC1N 2HT can be exchanged for goods of your choice from any Sainsbury’s store to the value indicated

- It may be exchanged for articles of a higher price than the face value of the voucher on payment of the difference, or for articles of a lower price than the face value of the voucher, in which instance change will be given

Gift Cards
- The cards can only be used at Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd as part or full payment for goods. They cannot be redeemed at sainsburys.co.uk.
- Cards can't be used in Sainsbury's Calais stores.
- Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or used to pay for Sainsbury's Bank products, services or credit card balances.
- The initial and subsequent balances can be checked, or additional funds loaded by calling the Business Centre on 0870 0101 351.
- Register your card online at sainsburysgifts.co.uk in case of loss or theft. It is valid for 24 months from last transaction (including balance enquiries). If inactive for 24 months, any remaining balance will be deducted. It is not a credit or debit card.
- Treat the card as cash - it cannot be replaced if lost, damaged or stolen.
- Sainsbury's is not responsible for any unauthorised use of the card, and reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions of this service at any time.
