E-Gift Card Help:

Are there any restrictions on what I can purchase with my E-Gift Card?

Yes, you can’t use your E-gift Card on certain items such as tobacco, lottery tickets and scratch cards. This may be why you are unable to redeem so please check your trolley. Please see the full list of exclusions below.

How much can I spend online with an E-Gift Card?

You can spend up to £50 in a single transaction. If your E-Gift Card is worth more than £50, you can only spend up to £50 on this shop and the remaining value can be used in your next shop.

I’ve converted my E-Gift Card into a coupon, can I convert it back to an E-Gift Card?

No, when your E-Gift Card has been converted into a coupon, it will remain as a coupon and can only be spent online.

Can I use a physical Gift Card?

No, currently only E-Gift Cards can be spent online.

Why do I have to pay at least 1p on a debit or credit card for my order?

The cost of your order is only an estimate and we may need to charge a debit or credit bard depending on the final price.

Why can I not use two coupons of the same value?

This is a system restriction, which we hope to fix soon.
